This fun and friendly ‘non-contact’ class is a high energy cardio workout with an atmospheric spin – suitable for all abilities. Learn correct punching techniques and combinations on bags & pads from our ‘Certified Hatton Academy Boxing4Fitness Trainer’. 

 

Our Fight Club classes on Wednesdays are more intense than our Monday Kickboxing classes and are designed for competitors in sparring for both Taekwon-Do and Kickboxing. Class includes All Pad Drills and High Intense Sparring Rounds.
